Torry Pine State Reserve is the home of the rarest pine tree in US, the Pinus torreyana. The Reserve is a open during the day only. No overnight camping allowed. Picnics are permitted on the beach, but food or drinks are prohibitted inside the Reserve. The park is located just 8 miles away from the Hampton San Diego hotel.
